Celeste Howells, M.S. Licensed Professional Counselor joined the practice in April 2017. Celeste has over 18 years' experience with persons with serious and chronic mental health conditions, forensic counseling and services, case management, coordination of services between agencies, supervision of staff, and assistance with obtaining services for clients. Celeste has expertise in conducting therapy and specialized evaluations for adolescents and adults with histories of sexually deviant and maladaptive behavior. She conducts individual and group therapies for the Sexual Assault Treatment Program.
As our clients have a variety of problems, in conjunction with issues of inappropriate sexual behavior, Celeste provides counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, and more. Celeste works primarily in our Beaver office.
