Cathy L. Clover, M.A. is the executive director of Clover Psychological Association, and has been providing psychological services for over 40 years. She is a member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers, and an associate member of the American Psychological Association. Cathy has been a member of the Pennsylvania Sexual Offenders Assessment Board since 1994, conducting evaluations for pre-sentencing, Act 21 Youthful Offender evaluations, and state parole consideration. She has presented state-wide and regional trainings of the Assessment and Treatment of Adolescents and Adults who have sexually abused.
Cathy is a member of Lawrence County Treatment Courts - both Drug and Mental Health, assisting individuals with criminal charges whose underlying issues of substance abuse or mental health conditions impact the commission of criminal behavior. She is participates with the Lawrence County Forensic Mental Health Initiative, a consortium of Lawrence County Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities, Lawrence County District Attorney's office, Human Services Center, Clover Psychological Association, and Drug and Alcohol Commission, a description of which is later on the website.
Cathy provides evaluations, and treatment for adolescents and adults with sexual offense convictions/adjudications evaluations for Violence Risk Assessment Act 235 evaluation for police and others required to carry handguns supervises the sex offense evaluations conducted at George Junior Republic by Celeste Howells, MS LPC, supervises the Domestic Violence Program Comprehensive Partner Intervention, as well as the Forensic Mental Health Liaison for Lawrence County, Audrey G. Norris.
