Cathy L. Clover, M.A., Licensed Psychologist, is the director of Clover Psychological, and has been providing services for over 40 years. She is a member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA), and an associate member of the American Psychological Association. Cathy has been a Member of the PA Sexual Offenders Assessment Board since 1994, conducting evaluations for pre-sentencing and for parole consideration. She has presented state-wide and regional trainings on Assessment and Treatment of Adolescent and Adult Sexual Offenders.
Cathy is a member of Treatment Court, which consists of Drug Court and Mental Health Court, assisting individuals with criminal charges whose underlying issues of substance abuse or mental health conditions impact the commission of crimes.

Tanya Stahlman, M.S., Licensed Professional Counselor and Assistant Director of Clover Psychological association joined the practice in October of 2015. Tanya has over 13 years of experience with persons with chronic mental health conditions, forensic counseling and services with persons involved in the criminal justice field. Tanya has been an incredible addition to the practice. She has expertise working with adults and adolescents who have engaged in inappropriate sexual behaviors and those with a history of trauma.
Tanya, and all staff, provide counseling for persons with anxiety, depression, family problems, problems with living, grief, gender concerns, LGBTQ? issues, and more. Tanya can be reached at:

Celeste Howells, M.S., Licensed Professional Counselor, joined the practice in June 2017. She has many years of experience with those with serious mental illness, case management, coordination of services between agencies, and forensic services in correctional facilities. Celeste provides a broad range of clinical services, with persons who have anxiety, depression, persons with history of sexual abuse trauma and with those who have engaged in sexually abusive an hamful behaviors.
Celeste is our clinic specialist working with adolescents with sexually abusive and harmful behaviors. Celeste offers services at our New Castle and Beaver Falls offices.
